ADS E-Invoice FCY Enabler supports Malaysian E-Invoice generation and submission for companies whose Local Currency (LCY) is not Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), including organisations operating with USD as functional currency.

In Business Central, currency exchange rates are maintained relative to the company’s LCY. For companies operating with a non-MYR LCY, such as USD, the standard exchange rates therefore represent conversions against USD rather than MYR. Malaysian e-Invoice submission, however, requires the applicable exchange rate to MYR. The system shall determine the actual document currency, getting the exchange rate to MYR, and transferred through purchase and sales E-Invoice processing.
